What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Support with completion of final group coaching program

  • Upload replays

  • Tech support for customers

  • Emails/FB posts for weekly videos

  • Private Client Support

    • Onboarding

      • Contracts

      • Payments

      • Scheduling

    • Support with ongoing scheduling and customer support via email

    • Uploading session recordings

  • Email inbox maintenance

  • Podcast Support

    • Send to editor

    • Create shownotes

    • Publishing

    • Creating audiograms (reels)

  • Support with blog publishing

  • Create digital assets for social media utilizing old content

Who I am looking for:

Someone is open to growing in this role and potentially taking on more and more operations as it relates to Jules Webber Consulting LLC (the evolution from VA to operations manager)

Enjoys having a close relationship with their clients

Appreciates contributing ideas and feedback

Can hold space in creative discussions and processing ideas

Has a high-level of ownership to your role and will treat this with the same level of care as if it is their own business

Values integrity and is open to bringing a new perspective

Requirements:

  • Based in the US (ability to come to Austin is a plus!)

  • Available for ~10 hours/week

  • Energy, experience and capability for doing what needs to be done in a timely manner

  • Bonus points if you have experience with working with someone who has done speaking engagements (pitching, creating media kits, and familiar with the PR world)
